- Supporting communication and coordination with authorities, including ministries and subordinate departments, the German Armed Forces and the defence industry
- Leading coordination in selected subject areas
- Planning and implementing delegation and VIP visit programmes in a multinational team
- Identifying and contacting relevant contacts in the BMVg, the German Armed Forces and the defence sector
- Coordinating invitations, visit programmes and hosting for delegations and VIPs
- Maintaining and coordinating delegation and stakeholder data
- Collaborating with international defence attachés and diplomatic missions in Berlin
- Advising on protocol, visit procedures and VIP support
- Representing DSEI Germany at industry events, briefings and networking events
- Support with presentations and briefings for industry and authorities

Your profile
- Knowledge and understanding of the structures and processes of the Federal Ministry of Defence (BMVg) and the German Armed Forces
- Very good communication and coordination skills
- Confidence in dealing with high-ranking representatives from government, the military and industry
- Structured and meticulous approach to work with strong organisational skills
- Fluent German (C2) and business fluent English
- Ideal Background:
- Experience in working with the German Armed Forces, the BMVg, ministries or at IGO level
- Experience in dealing with delegations, protocol or high-level visitor programmes
